6. Client Responsibilities; Premises
You are responsible for providing safe access to the premises and for disclosing any known hazards, fragile items, or special conditions. We are not liable for damage to items not disclosed or for conditions beyond our control. You are responsible for securing or removing valuables and sensitive materials. Scheduling and access are subject to mutual agreement and our availability.
7. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government action, labor disputes, utility failures, or other events that could not have been reasonably foreseen or prevented.
8. Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Venue
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, this website, or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You waive any objection to venue in such courts.
9. Statute of Limitations; Waiver of Class Action
