Submission of a "Request a Briefing" form does not create a binding contract until a written agreement is executed.
3. Limitation of Liability (NJ)

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
